Web Site Ideas

I have fun playing with both images and ideas for web sites. Some of these samples are done as images, while others are actual HTML pages. They will all come up in new windows.

  1. Horus Kol - With a name like that, could there be any other choice but a desert scheme?
  2. Bojangles - This is a very simple site for a gentleman with a set of performing dogs that he takes cross-country. He asked for something along the lines of a vaudeville act.
  3. Angel - I have an artist friend who is considering getting her own web site. Her creations are quite impressive, but my scanner doesn't do justice to their beauty.
  4. School Page - The original of this site made me cringe, so I've been playing around with some ideas for revamping the site while I try to figure out how to be diplomatic with the current web master.
  5. Sukanen Ship Museum - This is one version of a "map" of the Sukanen Ship Museum. Fancy, it's not, but I've never used hotspots on an image before. I thought I'd try it on this map to see if it was workable.

Silly Contest Ideas

The HTMLforums message board periodically has a 'contest' for web site creation. These images are done as jpegs or gifs, rather than HTML pages. Not everyone has the same level of experience nor access to web space upon which to put their contest entries. These are the contest entries I have submitted so far.

  1. I-Education 1
  2. I-Education 2
  3. I-Education 3
  4. Dread-It Credit Card
