Red Doilies:

Any drink placed on the doily and then imbibed will cause the individual to immediately become totally inebriated (think - tail end of a frat party drunk). The effects last 6 hours, followed by 3 hours of splitting headaches. No saving throws, -1 on attack rolls, no magical cure known.
