• 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups apples, chopped
  • 20 - 2" tart shells
  •  
  • CRUMB TOPPING
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter

Sift flour, salt and sugar together. Add slightly beaten egg, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add chopped apples. Pour mixture into tart shells, about 1 tbsp. each. Bake at 400ºF. for 30 minutes or until just starting to brown. Remove from oven and add crumb topping.

 

Blend ingredients together. Sprinkle crumbs over tarts. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes.
